So proud that the Dutch, Amsterdam based, clothing brand, Daily Paper has grown into an international brand. The hipsters in Paris are welcoming the brand as the new best thing. And I have to agree with the Parisians, Daily Paper has launched a great collection for this spring and summer. It is time to take these boys serious!
The collection found its inspiration from the Kuba Kingdom. In the 16th century various African nations (20 tribes in the Kasai region) took up residence in what is now known as the Congo. The Kuba are specially known for there art and their usage of patterns. Daily Paper uses plenty of beautiful patterns with bright colors in their collection with large logo prints and embroidery. True craftsmanship mixed with street style of today.
The lookbook was beautifully shot in Morocco with photographer Sharon Jane
Check out their collection on the webshop of Daily Paper.
In Paris the collection is sold at BlackRainbow
